Prices displayed on our website apply to purchases via this website only and may not reflect the price of similar or the same items sold by any other means. Prices may change at any time without notice.
If you receive a package from us and your products have been damaged in transit, please do not accept delivery of them, please advise the courier to return the package to the sender. After receipt of the returned package with products included from the courier, we we will exchange the damaged products without charge to you. If you cannot return the package to us via the courier company, please contact us through the contact form or the “contact form” on the contact us page and we will try to arrange an alternative method for returns. You may be asked to provide a detailed description of the damages and/or photos of the damaged products before we arrange for a return and exchange. Refunds are not provided for change of mind, incorrect purchases or if you are not satisfied with the product. However, we believe that our products are of the highest quality, so if you are not satisfied with our products please contact us using the contact form on the contact us page and we will try to resolve any issues that you may have.
